Gereja Immaculate Conception adalah gereja Roman Katolik di Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Ia adalah gereja tertua di Johor Bahru, yang dibina pada tahun 1927 oleh Rev. Fr. C. Saleilles, M. AP. Gereja asal dibina pada tahun 1883 dan didedikasikan untuk Our Lady of Lourdes. Katedral ini merupakan pusat aktif kehidupan Katolik dan ibadat di tengah Kota Johor Bahru.
